In the mortgage business since 2003, I have seen purchase and refinance booms, downturns in both and even the mortgage meltdown of the early 2000’s. Through it all, my business has thrived because I’ve been focused, yet flexible; focused on doing what is best for my customers yet flexible enough to grow and change with the industry as new technologies and products have become available.
