A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Chad Mullenix brings over 24 years of experience to Edge Home Finance. He was a Branch Manager at CMG for 9 years and a past partner at LeaderOne Financial for 8 years. He began with Conseco Finance, starting in sales and then moving onto training. Chad was managing a team for his branch of Conseco when they were bought out by Countrywide Home Loans. There Chad ‘s team excelled, reaching the highest production levels in Texas and setting new records. Chad was ultimately promoted to Branch Manager. Chad has had a hand in closing over 10,000 loans in his career.
Chad has served his country in the Army, receiving an Army Achievement Medal for his distinguished service during deployment to Haiti . He takes great pleasure in helping other veterans with their mortgage needs, offering all loan program options with competitive rates.
Honesty and integrity are at the foundation of how Chad does business. Having grown up in Austin he has a passion for helping people from all over the area find the perfect solutions for their mortgage and refinancing needs. Chad takes the time to listen to his clients and truly gets a kick out of doing the research and market analysis needed to find the perfect loan product for each situation.
Chad is out in the real estate market every week, hosting a few property tours a month. He listens to the feedback from a wide array of real estate agents and keeps his finger on what is happening in all the local markets. Real estate agents put their trust in Chad because they know he will give clients knowledgeable financial services with the eye of an expert and the heart of a local.
Chad graduated from Texas State University with a BBA in Marketing. When Chad is not working hard for his clients he is spending time with his family and triplet boys that keep him busy outside of his passion of helping people with the financial needs in the mortgage industry.
