Elle Zimmerman is a Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS #1546875) with experience in the mortgage industry since 2015, serving clients across Washington State—including Tacoma, Seattle, Lakewood, Puyallup, University Place, Gig Harbor, Bonney Lake, Olympia, and the greater Puget Sound region—as well as Arizona. Over the course of her career, she has closed hundreds of loans and consistently averages more than 30 transactions per year.
Elle works with a wide range of borrowers and loan types, including VA, conventional, FHA, refinancing, and HELOC financing. While her portfolio is diversified, she is especially passionate about helping VA clients relocating to Washington and well-qualified buyers looking for a smooth, efficient lending experience.
