Nathan Knottingham is a Mortgage Broker with EDGE Home Finance, industry educator, and nationally recognized advocate for ethical mortgage lending. With nearly two decades of experience in the mortgage industry, Nathan is passionate about helping families make informed, confident financial decisions through clear communication, strategic guidance, and honest advice.

Since becoming licensed in 2007, Nathan has built a reputation for combining deep mortgage expertise with a teacher’s mindset. He believes borrowers deserve more than rates and paperwork. They deserve someone who can explain the process clearly, advocate for their goals, and help them navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives with confidence.

Nathan is also a co-founder of Vetted VA, a nationwide community focused on improving education and accountability in VA lending. Through that work, he has helped thousands of veterans and military families better understand and utilize their hard-earned home loan benefits. He is widely known throughout the mortgage industry for his work in training, compliance education, consumer advocacy, and mortgage strategy.
