My Background includes 8 years of military service in the US Army 1992-2001, Honorably discharged as an E-6 Staff SGT MOS 63W. In 2010 I experienced a near death experience, which contributed to my nickname “Juan In A Million”. After going into an allergic shock from wrong medications, my mysterious condition was finally diagnosed as the Stevens-Johnson Syndrome.

According to my doctor, only “one in a million” cases of diagnosed patients survive. Reborn as “Juan in a Million” after my traumatic hospital occurrence, I had decided to dedicate my life to helping Veterans, Active Military and Patriots to achieve the American dream of homeownership. My specialties are VA and FHA loans, I could also provide conventional, Jumbo and reverse mortgage financing. Guiding borrowers throughout one of the most important decisions of their lives is something I find very rewarding. I dedicated my free time helping veterans as a member of Non-Profit organization, (VAREP). I give back to our Military Veterans and their families, creating financial literacy for obtaining VA government loans.

Ensuring that you make the right choice for you and your family is my ultimate goal. And I am committed to providing my customers with mortgage services that exceed their expectations.
