Hi, I’m Joe Rodriguez, proud husband, father of three, and dog dad to two awesome pups. I spent 14 years serving our country as an Infantry Marine — 8 years on active duty and 6 years in the Marine Corps Reserves. That experience taught me the value of integrity, discipline, and service — values I carry into every mortgage I help build.

Since entering the mortgage industry in 2021, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people achieve the dream of homeownership — especially our nation’s heroes. I specialize in VA home loans, and it’s my mission to ensure veterans and active-duty service members understand and utilize the powerful benefits they’ve earned.

I lead the GI Joe Lending Team at Edge Home Finance, a brokerage licensed in 47 states and partnered with over 130+ lenders. This gives us access to a wide range of loan products, allowing us to match almost any borrower with the perfect loan for their unique situation — from VA and Conventional to FHA, USDA, Jumbo, Commercial, and even hard money options.
