I’m Paul Cederholm, a Colorado mortgage broker with Cederholm Mortgage Advisors powered by Edge Home Finance. I help homebuyers, homeowners, and investors make smart financing decisions by looking at how their mortgage fits into their broader financial picture.

Outside of work, I am a hack golfer, a pickleball(er), cyclist, and a family man. I live in Parker with my wife, children, and our Coton de Tulear dogs, Maia and Lily (our “cotton clown furballs”). I enjoy Colorado’s outdoors and time with family and friends. As a blended family, our motto is “Our family is defined by love, not blood.”

I’m fluent in English and Portuguese (working on Spanish). My connection to Brazil is a big part of who I am, and I often call myself “Brazilican,” reflecting my love for both countries and cultures.
