Welcome to my website! I’m Ryan Golden, your go-to in the world of home loan origination, right here in the heart of Alabama. With a background in reverse mortgage sales and operations, I’ve spent the past decade perfecting the ins and outs of the industry. My expertise spans post-closing, processing, wholesale lending, and loan origination. My reputation is built on trust, knowledge, and efficiency.
I’m known for answering when my phone rings and ensuring my clients and partners are well-educated and confident in their mortgage decisions. I’m licensed in 11 states – AL, FL, TN, GA, SC, VA, TX, CO, OH, CA, and OH – I also have trusted loan partners covering 47 states, soon to be all 50! I work with over 100 lenders and offer home loans for primary residences, investments, fix and flips, commercial opportunities and more!
When I’m not originating loans, you can find me exploring Alabama, enjoying Southern food, or spending time with my wife Bethany (my business partner) and our three boys – Jonah, Thomas, and Cory. I’m also passionate about coaching at the ballpark and love a mountain or beach vacation, running, and fishing.
I graduated from the University of South Alabama with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a minor in communications—skills that serve me well in understanding and meeting my clients’ needs.
