Buying a home comes with a lot of big decisions and even bigger questions, and the mortgage process should never feel confusing or rushed. My role is to provide clear guidance, honest advice, and a well thought out loan strategy so you can move forward with confidence at every step.

I am Troy Holm, a mortgage broker with Edge Home Finance, and I work with a wide range of buyers including first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, jumbo clients, and borrowers with more complex financial situations. I have been in the mortgage industry since 2018, and I focus on speed, clarity, and consistency so clients always know where they stand.

I take a calm, educational approach to lending and believe it is important to understand why a loan strategy works, not just what the loan is. Whether we are reviewing cash to close, structuring a competitive offer, or navigating a unique scenario, my goal is to make the process straightforward and stress-free.

I work primarily with buyers and real estate agents throughout Florida and Louisiana, with a strong presence in Central Florida. Outside of work, I am a husband, a father of two boys, and a proud Army veteran. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, trying new local restaurants, or exploring different neighborhoods and community events around Central Florida.
